Renewal Account Manager – Services

About the role

The Services Renewal Account Manager will be responsible for driving timely renewals of hardware and software support contracts for medium‑to‑large customers across Saudi Arabia. You will act as a trusted advisor, educating customers on Oracle’s support portfolio and ensuring they understand contractual implications.

Key responsibilities

• Secure timely renewals for assigned accounts and manage cancellation risks.
• Educate customers on business practices and Oracle’s support services.
• Identify win‑back opportunities from previously cancelled contracts.
• Grow the territory by selling value‑added services such as Extended Support or DDR Services.
• Handle exceptions that could delay renewals and coordinate resolutions.
• Accurately forecast renewal revenue and pipeline opportunities.
• Transfer high‑potential leads to sales representatives.

Required profile

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong objection‑handling and result‑orientation.
• Customer‑success mindset with ownership of CSAT.
• Ability to expand Oracle’s wallet share within existing accounts.
