Reservation Agent

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Reservation Agent to support our guests with booking needs across flights, hotels, car rentals and other travel services. The successful candidate will deliver excellent customer service while handling inquiries efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with booking reservations for flights, hotels, car rentals and related travel services.
• Answer incoming calls and respond to emails promptly and professionally.
• Provide pricing, availability and other relevant information to customers.
• Modify existing reservations and process cancellations as required.
• Ensure accurate and timely entry of reservation data into the system.
• Handle customer complaints or issues related to bookings in a professional manner.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certification or training is a plus.
• Proven experience in a customer‑service role, preferably within the travel or hospitality industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
• Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.
• Willingness to work shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
