Reservations Assistant Manager – Saudi National Talent

About the role

Jumeirah The Red Sea is seeking a motivated Reservations Assistant Manager to support its luxury hospitality operations. This position focuses on delivering high‑quality service, driving revenue, and ensuring smooth reservation processes across the resort.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain internal and external service standards, meeting Reservations KPI objectives.
• Collaborate with Sales, Revenue, and Hotel Operations teams to maximize revenue and reduce inefficiencies.
• Supervise daily, weekly, and monthly reservation tasks, including audits, finance, visas, and group bookings.
• Identify and escalate revenue, finance, and guest‑experience risks to senior management.
• Monitor and resolve guest complaints promptly by coordinating with relevant departments.
• Keep the department updated on property information, new rates, and selling strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management from an accredited university.
• 3–4 years of experience in a reservations supervisory role within hospitality.
• Desirable qualification in Revenue Management.
• Strong leadership and attention‑to‑detail abilities.

Required skills

• Excellent knowledge of PMS (Property Management System) platforms.
