Reservations & Guest Relations Agent (Saudi National)

About the role

Dream of the Desert is looking for a professional Reservations & Guest Relations Agent who will be the first point of contact for guests throughout their journey. The role involves handling enquiries, managing bookings and ensuring a seamless, luxury experience for Saudi‑national guests from inquiry to post‑trip follow‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Answer reservation enquiries via phone, email and other channels.
• Process new bookings, amendments, cancellations and special requests accurately.
• Provide clear information on journeys, accommodation, services and policies.
• Maintain up‑to‑date guest profiles, booking records and preferences in the reservation system.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Guest Experience and other departments to guarantee a smooth guest journey.
• Handle VIP requests, dietary, accessibility needs and special occasions.
• Build positive relationships, respond to feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
• Follow up with guests before and after travel to confirm satisfaction.
• Prepare reservation reports and guest documentation as required.

Required profile

• Saudi national with a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in reservations, guest relations or customer service.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and organisational abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
