Reservations/Core Manager (Hotel)

About the role

The Reservations/Core Manager at Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh oversees the hotel’s reservation system, creates rate plans, and ensures seamless telephone operations. This role works closely with the Revenue Director and Rooms Division Manager to maximize occupancy and deliver a premium guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage rate plans, loading rates accurately into the property management system (PMS).
• Collaborate with the Revenue Director to optimize occupancy and achieve higher room rates.
• Coordinate with the Rooms Division Manager during high‑occupancy periods to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle guest communications and telephone operations with professionalism and efficiency.
• Oversee core, sales, and rooms functions related to reservations.

Required profile

• Saudi national, as the position is open exclusively to Saudi citizens.
• Experience in hotel reservations, rate planning, and telephone operations.
• Ability to work effectively with revenue and rooms division teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a Property Management System (PMS).
