Resident Engineer / Assistant Resident Engineer

About the role

Surbana Jurong is seeking experienced Resident Engineers and Assistant Resident Engineers to join upcoming construction supervision projects in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves leading on‑site activities for large‑scale infrastructure developments and ensuring alignment with project specifications and contractual obligations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily construction activities on site.
• Ensure contractor compliance with technical specifications and contract requirements.
• Manage site supervision teams and coordinate with stakeholders and authorities.
• Monitor progress, quality, and safety performance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review and approve technical submissions, drawings, and related documentation.
• Support reporting, contract administration, and project documentation.

Required profile

• 10–20 years of relevant experience in civil engineering and construction supervision.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience on large‑scale infrastructure projects.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Prior experience working in Saudi Arabia or the GCC region is advantageous.
