Resident Relations Specialist

About the role

Satel is seeking a Resident Relations Specialist to own the end‑to‑end resident experience across its premium residential communities in Riyadh. You will be the primary point of contact for residents, guiding them from inquiry through move‑out while ensuring high‑quality service and trust.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all resident communications with professionalism, empathy and urgency.
• Handle inquiries, complaints and daily requests, ensuring timely resolution.
• Coordinate with maintenance, cleaning, leasing and compound teams to track and close work orders.
• Conduct site visits to properties when required and monitor property conditions.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports on requests, case status, property readiness and resident satisfaction.
• Support the leasing team during pre‑move‑in and post‑move‑out stages, guiding residents through onboarding and contract awareness.

Required profile

• Detail‑driven and able to notice what others miss.
• Fast, organized and capable of handling high volume without losing quality.
• Emotionally intelligent with strong people awareness.
• Accountable and proactive, owning tasks end‑to‑end.
• Comfortable working with expatriate residents and diverse cultures.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
• Familiarity with property management systems.
• Understanding of maintenance workflow processes.
• Basic knowledge of leasing, contracting or facility management.
