Residential Compound Manager

About the role

The Residential Compound Manager will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of a large residential community in Jubail. This role ensures high‑quality living experiences for tenants while maintaining the property’s financial performance and physical condition.

Key responsibilities

• Manage tenant relations, including leasing, rent collection, and dispute resolution.
• Coordinate all facilities, maintenance, and vendor activities to keep the compound in optimal condition.
• Develop and enforce operational policies, health‑and‑safety standards, and budgetary controls.
• Prepare regular reports on occupancy, financial performance, and maintenance status for senior management.
• Lead a team of on‑site staff and external service providers, ensuring compliance with Saudi regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in property or residential management, with proven Saudi‑market experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• Valid Saudi driving licence and willingness to relocate to Jubail.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
