Restaurant General Manager

About the role

The restaurant is a premium dining concept within a leading Saudi F&B group. As General Manager you will own the full performance of the outlet, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while delivering financial results.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations including service flow, ambiance, reservations and peak‑time execution.
• Manage the complete P&L – revenue, food cost, labour cost and controllable expenses.
• Lead, develop and performance‑manage Restaurant Managers, the Head Chef and support teams.
• Maintain brand standards across service, menu execution and guest interaction.
• Control inventory, procurement, wastage and supplier coordination within approved budgets.
• Approve manpower deployment and duty rosters in line with headcount plans.
• Partner with Finance and People & Culture on payroll, hiring, incentives and reporting cycles.
• Identify and escalate operational, people and compliance risks; support audits and internal reviews.

Required profile

• 8–10 years of hospitality experience with at least 3 years as General Manager or Senior Restaurant Manager in premium dining or high‑service concepts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Demonstrated ownership of a restaurant P&L with measurable results.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to act on full P&L data.
• Experience working in a structured corporate environment with formal governance and audit cycles.
• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary kitchen and service teams.
• Fluent English; Arabic knowledge is a strong advantage.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Riyadh.
