About the role
EFC is seeking a passionate and energetic Restaurant Head Coach to lead daily operations, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and drive sales performance in a fast‑paced restaurant environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of daily restaurant operations, ensuring service, quality, and safety standards are consistently met.
- Lead, coach, and develop team members to build a high‑performing workforce aligned with company standards.
- Drive sales and operational performance through effective planning and execution.
- Address customer concerns promptly and professionally to maintain satisfaction.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies, health regulations, and safety procedures.
Required profile
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
- 3–5 years of restaurant management experience.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- Customer‑focused mindset with an operational orientation.
