Retail Director – KSA, Kuwait & Bahrain

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Retail Director to lead and expand Fendi’s boutique network across Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and Bahrain. You will shape the retail culture, drive the Top Store strategy and ensure the brand’s premium image is consistently delivered.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute commercial action plans to grow sales and market share.
• Oversee boutique operations, including staff management, merchandise presentation and customer service standards.
• Monitor sales performance against budgets and implement corrective actions.
• Communicate vision, strategy and clear direction to all retail teams.
• Structure retail organization, allocate responsibilities and ensure optimal staffing through recruitment, rotation and development.
• Collaborate with Training and Visual Merchandising departments to provide effective staff training and compelling store displays.
• Propose layout adjustments to maximise commercial efficiency.
• Manage store network projects such as expansions, renovations, relocations or closures.
• Participate in lease negotiations with landlords.
• Work with communication and events teams to execute local brand events.
• Design and implement local marketing, customer‑relations and VIP strategies to enhance brand image.

Required profile

• 7‑10 years of experience in fashion or luxury sales.
• 5‑7 years managing multiple luxury retail locations.
• Strong knowledge of GCC markets and prior retail experience in the region.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Excellent selling, communication and relationship skills.
• Leadership, confidence, organisational ability and professionalism.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with solid administration and financial acumen.
• Goal‑driven, multitasking and comfortable with retail management systems.
• Passion for fashion and luxury; fluent English (French or Italian a plus).
