About the role

Join Screwfix as a Retail Supervisor and lead a store team in delivering fast, affordable solutions to trade professionals. You will balance front‑of‑house customer interaction with back‑of‑house standards, ensuring a smooth, customer‑focused operation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the store team by example, setting high standards for service and store presentation.
• Assist customers, understand their needs and guide them to the right products.
• Manage cash reconciliations, handle customer queries and ensure audit compliance.
• Oversee stock management, including inventory accuracy and replenishment.
• Maintain store standards, health & safety and visual merchandising.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a supervisor or duty manager in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with a track record of converting service into sales.
• Curious, proactive and committed to continuous improvement.
• Friendly, reliable, flexible and able to work hard.
