Revenue Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Revenue Analyst to support the Cluster Director of Revenue in reporting and special revenue projects across our hotels. The role involves preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports, managing the IDeas Revenue Management System and contributing to strategic revenue analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly and month‑end revenue reports and analyse business trends.
• Manage IDeas Revenue Management System – set‑up, configuration, maintenance and decision uploads.
• Develop new tools and reports to identify opportunities and optimise revenue.
• Attend and prepare materials for the weekly revenue meeting.
• Audit data continuously to ensure correct segmentation, channels and nationalities.
• Support ad‑hoc revenue tasks and special projects as required.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience in a Reservations/Revenue department of a hotel.
• Degree in hospitality or related field.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Excellent financial, analytical and auditing abilities.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive and results‑driven with the ability to influence across all operational levels.
