Risk Administration Specialist

About the role
Worley is seeking a Risk Administration Specialist to support the construction phase of large‑scale industrial projects. The role will coordinate risk identification workshops, maintain the risk register, and ensure accurate reporting of mitigation actions.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in implementing the project’s risk management plan and procedures.
- Organise and facilitate regular risk identification and review sessions with project stakeholders.
- Track mitigation and response actions assigned to risk owners, ensuring timely closure.
- Coordinate the preparation of monthly risk reports, heat maps, and internal/client reporting.
- Ensure compliance with client‑specific risk governance requirements.
- Monitor early warning indicators and escalate high or critical risks as necessary.
Required profile
- Relevant educational qualification.
- Experience in risk administration on industrial or EPC/EPCM projects, preferably in mining, chemical or phosphate sectors.
