Road Safety Engineer – Multiple Locations in Saudi Arabia

About the role

Euro Group for Engineering Consultancy is seeking qualified Road Safety Engineers to support Ministry of Transport & Logistics Services projects across Jazan, Riyadh, Makkah and the Eastern Region of Saudi Arabia. The role involves ensuring road networks meet safety standards and mitigating hazards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct road safety inspections and audits in accordance with MOTLS guidelines.
• Evaluate existing road networks, identify hazards and recommend corrective measures.
• Review design drawings, traffic control plans and safety features for compliance.
• Prepare technical reports, risk assessments and improvement proposals.
• Coordinate with project teams, contractors and MOT representatives.
• Support implementation of safety programs, signage and traffic management plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in road safety, traffic engineering or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi MOT standards, road safety manuals and national regulations.
• Ability to conduct field inspections and produce professional technical documentation.
• Immediate availability and Saudi nationality.
