Rotating Equipment Technician – Bearing Specialist

About the role

The Rotating Equipment Technician – Bearing Specialist will join Tecmo Arabia Ltd in Riyadh, focusing on the inspection, installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and failure analysis of bearings and rotating machinery. The role supports critical industrial assets such as pumps, compressors, turbines, motors and gearboxes.

Key responsibilities

• Perform bearing inspections, installations and routine maintenance on rotating equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve bearing‑related faults, including failure analysis.
• Maintain and service lubrication systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Carry out shaft alignment and condition monitoring activities.
• Support the upkeep of critical rotating assets such as pumps, compressors, turbines, motors and gearboxes.
• Document work performed and report findings to engineering supervisors.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of hands‑on experience with bearings and rotating equipment.
• Demonstrated ability to work safely and efficiently on mechanical systems.
• Technical aptitude for troubleshooting and performing failure analysis.
