Safety Officer & Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Safety Officer & Engineer to lead safety initiatives across our projects. The role involves ensuring compliance with client safety requirements and maintaining a safe working environment.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate workplace incidents and accidents.
• Implement safety policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular safety inspections.
• Prepare HIRA/HIRAC and Job Safety Analyses (JSA).
• Monitor monthly manpower headcount.
• Ensure compliance with client safety requirements.
• Maintain site safety documentation and reports.

Required profile

• Diploma in a relevant field.
• NEBOSH or OSHA certification.
• Post‑graduate or diploma in Fire & Safety.
• Completed safety‑related professional courses.
• 5–10 years of experience in engineering, construction or related sectors.
• Strong communication skills with clients.
• Knowledge of HSE documentation.
• Leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Problem‑solving capability and strong knowledge of workplace safety standards.
