Sales & Account Management Expert

About the role

The Sales & Account Management Expert will drive account planning, sales execution and customer relationship activities for Specialized’s Business‑Critical services. This role ensures alignment with internal SLAs, regulatory requirements and company policies while delivering an excellent client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute account plans, identify market opportunities and monitor sales performance.
• Lead client interactions at the organizational level, translating customer requirements to internal stakeholders.
• Oversee service delivery and operations to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Identify and develop new sales opportunities through cross‑selling and up‑selling to achieve revenue targets.
• Collaborate with supply‑chain and marketing teams to create go‑to‑market strategies and sales forecasts.
• Manage customer complaints from ticket opening to resolution, coordinating with relevant functions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (preferably with a sales focus) or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in sales, account management or a similar commercial role.
• Proven ability to build long‑term client relationships and achieve commercial targets.
