Sales Account Manager

About the role

BEEM Digital, a leading Saudi technology company, is expanding its government portfolio and seeks a driven Sales Account Manager to accelerate growth. Reporting to the Director of Business Development, you will own the full sales cycle for strategic government accounts, from prospecting to closure.

Key responsibilities

• Own the complete sales process: prospecting, qualification, solution positioning, proposals, negotiation, and closure.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of high-potential government opportunities.
• Develop relationships with decision-makers across business, technology, procurement, and executive functions.
• Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Product, Marketing, and Delivery teams to tailor customer solutions.
• Create strategic account plans to expand BEEM’s footprint and maximize customer value.
• Maintain accurate records, forecasts, and pipeline updates in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Telecommunications, Business or related field, or equivalent commercial experience.
• 1–4 years of B2B/B2G sales or account management experience in SaaS, enterprise software, IT, telecommunications or cloud solutions.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience selling to Saudi government entities and understanding of public-sector procurement cycles.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
