Sales Account Manager (SaaS) – Saudi Arabia

About the role

Daftra, a leading cloud‑based SaaS provider serving more than 50 business sectors across the Arab region, is seeking a Sales Account Manager for Saudi Arabia. The role is suited to candidates with at least one year of experience in SaaS or B2B sales who can generate new business, close deals and maintain strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify leads in the assigned territory using online and offline tools.
• Conduct on‑site product demonstrations and address client inquiries.
• Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets through scheduled meetings and outreach.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and addressing concerns.
• Develop referral accounts, agencies, and partnerships to expand the customer base.
• Re‑engage churned clients to understand reasons for departure and explore reactivation opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver optimal solutions and prepare accurate quotations.
• Report on account status, transactions, and gather client feedback for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably SaaS, ERP or B2B environments.
• Valid KSA driver’s license.
• Proven ability to meet targets and work under flexible hours.
• Strong presentation, communication and English language skills.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
