About the role

The Sales Advisor will support the sales function for a dedicated portfolio, primarily focusing on Toyota vehicles and accessories. The role involves direct customer engagement to achieve monthly sales targets while upholding the company’s standards and values.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets for Toyota vehicles and accessories.
• Process customer inquiries, provide quotations, and manage order changes.
• Coordinate delivery schedules and ensure timely vehicle hand‑over to customers.
• Handle guest complaints proactively and work to improve satisfaction scores.
• Follow sales and compliance standard operating procedures.
• Complete product knowledge and soft‑skill training courses.

Required profile

• Ability to meet monthly sales targets and deliver on portfolio goals.
• Commitment to follow company mission, vision, and SOPs.
• Limited authority to grant customer discounts as defined by policy.
• Strong focus on customer satisfaction and complaint resolution.
