About the role
As a Sales Advisor at Tesla, you will guide customers through the journey of owning an electric vehicle, acting as a product expert and trusted advisor. You will work closely with a collaborative sales and delivery team to deliver an exceptional customer experience in the Riyadh Solitaire Mall location.
Key responsibilities
- Become an expert on Tesla vehicles, technologies and the broader ecosystem.
- Understand each customer’s needs and provide personalized solutions.
- Explain benefits such as charging, maintenance costs, environmental impact and driving experience.
- Guide customers through financing, trade‑ins, contract completion and delivery timelines.
- Maintain accurate records in internal systems and ensure car readiness for test drives.
- Support wider business needs, including event creation, lead generation and follow‑up.
Required profile
- Passion for Tesla’s mission to accelerate sustainable energy.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport.
- Ability to simplify complex topics for customers.
- Customer‑focused mindset with a drive to meet or exceed sales targets.
