About the role

Join Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle as a Sales Associate in our fashion department. You will be the front‑line ambassador, delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving sales in a vibrant retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Champion customer service standards in line with Majid Al Futtaim guidelines.
• Address customer concerns promptly, escalating to the Store Manager when needed.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through creative selling techniques.
• Utilise product knowledge to up‑sell and cross‑sell merchandise.
• Maintain store standards, including cleanliness, tidiness and stock replenishment.
• Comply with security policies to minimise stock loss.
• Recommend and locate merchandise across Majid Al Futtaim fashion brands.

Required profile

• High School Certificate.
• 1‑2 years of retail or fashion industry experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
