About the role

As a Sales Associate with Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle, you will be the front‑line champion of customer service, ensuring every shopper enjoys an exceptional experience in our retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service in line with Majid Al Futtaim standards, understanding and fulfilling customer needs.
• Address customer concerns promptly, escalating to the Store Manager when necessary.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through creative selling, up‑selling and cross‑selling.
• Maintain thorough product knowledge to support customers and drive high‑value transactions.
• Support store standards by keeping the floor clean, tidy and well‑stocked.
• Comply with security policies to minimise stock loss.
• Recommend and locate merchandise across Majid Al Futtaim fashion brands when not available in‑store.

Required profile

• High School Certificate.
• 1‑2 years of experience in a retail or customer‑facing environment.
• Strong communication abilities.
• Demonstrated excellence in customer service.
