Sales Associate

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Associate to manage and grow our sales channels, including direct, online, and retail. You will develop strategies that align with business objectives, identify new opportunities, and ensure channel performance meets targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a sales channel (direct, online, retail) and develop channel sales strategies.
• Identify new business opportunities, set sales targets, and monitor performance metrics.
• Maintain and grow relationships with channel partners, negotiate contracts, and provide training and support.
• Configure complex product‑and‑service solutions and present them to customers.
• Negotiate pricing and terms, manage pricing projects, and oversee contract portfolios.
• Control specific business performance metrics to ensure alignment with financial goals.
• Oversee CRM implementation, identify improvement opportunities, and ensure compliance management.
• Develop product education courses and act as a subject‑matter expert on technology, policy, and regulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in channel or commercial sales management.
• Strong negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to analyze performance data and set actionable targets.
• Experience with contract management and service‑level agreements.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and compliance processes.
• Capability to develop training materials and act as a technical or regulatory expert.
