Sales Associate

About the role

The Sales Associate will drive business growth for Rentokil Boecker by prospecting new markets, building strong client relationships, and delivering compelling presentations of our health, property, and environmental solutions. This role combines market analysis, technical estimation, and contract negotiation to achieve monthly sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the sales strategy defined by the Sales Manager to meet monthly targets, renewals, and profitability.
• Identify and prospect potential clients, delivering professional sales presentations.
• Survey premises to assess technical requirements and prepare pricing proposals.
• Create tailored offers using marketing tools and present new products to existing clients.
• Manage the full sales cycle from offer preparation to contract signing and after‑sales follow‑up.
• Handle contract renewals and communicate new sales to the Operations Department.
• Maintain accurate client data in Rentokil Boecker systems and produce weekly/monthly sales reports.
• Participate in events and exhibitions to promote company services.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Agriculture, Food Science or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in B2B sales or marketing.
• Fluent in English and Arabic with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented with effective decision‑making and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using CRM systems.
