Showroom Sales Coordinator

About the role

Baytonia is seeking a detail‑oriented Showroom Sales Coordinator to ensure smooth daily showroom operations and deliver an exceptional customer experience from the moment visitors arrive until their orders are delivered.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers, process cash and electronic payments, issue invoices and receipts, and reconcile daily cash.
• Verify product availability, confirm orders, schedule deliveries and communicate expected dates to customers.
• Coordinate with the Showroom Manager and other teams on pending orders, payments and delivery updates.
• Prepare daily reports on cash closing, order status and operational observations.

Required profile

• High school diploma minimum; prior experience in cashiering, customer service, sales or retail preferred.
• Strong accuracy, integrity and ability to work effectively within a team.
• Proficiency in using POS systems and computers.

Required skills

• Point of Sale (POS) system operation
• Microsoft Excel (basic knowledge of Microsoft Office)
