About the role

Flowmingo is seeking motivated Talent Acquisition Business Partners to join its Partner Program. In this flexible, commission‑only position you will introduce our AI‑powered interview platform to HR professionals, recruiters, and decision‑makers in your network, helping them improve hiring outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Share Flowmingo with your network of HR and recruiting contacts.
• Facilitate introductions and explain how the platform fits into existing hiring workflows.
• Gather and relay feedback to improve the product.
• Earn commissions for each successful client referral and receive bonuses for onboarding your own organization.

Required profile

• Current or former HR professional, recruiter, or consulting experience.
• Active network of hiring managers, recruiters, or HR leaders.
• Self‑starter with a passion for recommending tools that add real value.
• Comfortable working independently on a flexible schedule.
