Sales Capture Lead – Adobe & Salesforce Platforms

About the role

Accenture is seeking a senior Sales Capture Lead to drive large‑scale digital transformation deals focused on Adobe Experience Cloud and Salesforce platforms. You will partner with senior client stakeholders to shape, negotiate, and close strategic engagements that deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end sales capture for complex, high‑value Adobe and Salesforce opportunities.
• Define winning strategies, commercial positioning, and competitive differentiation.
• Orchestrate multidisciplinary teams to develop compelling proposals and client solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior client executives such as CMO, CIO, and Chief Digital Officer.
• Translate client business needs into integrated Adobe and Salesforce solutions.
• Partner with solution architects to ensure scalable, innovative offerings.
• Lead commercial negotiations, pricing strategy, and contract structuring while meeting Accenture governance and profitability targets.
• Identify and develop new opportunities within target accounts and contribute to go‑to‑market campaigns.
• Mentor junior sales and consulting professionals and support knowledge sharing within the practice.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales capture, deal shaping, or business development within consulting or professional services.
• Strong track record of winning complex digital transformation engagements.
