Sales Development Representative – B2B for Saudi Market

About the role

We are seeking an experienced B2B Sales Development Representative who knows the Saudi market and can generate qualified sales meetings with business owners and decision makers. You will work with an existing prospect list to promote our digital growth solutions, including websites, AI automation, CRM, ERP, custom software, SEO, cloud, cybersecurity, and managed IT support.

Key responsibilities

• Contact prospects via phone, WhatsApp, email, and LinkedIn using the provided prospect sheet.
• Introduce our services professionally, ask insightful questions about business growth and technology needs, and offer a free consultation and business audit.
• Book qualified sales meetings for the consulting team and record all interactions in the CRM.
• Track call status, follow‑up dates, interest levels, and meeting outcomes.
• Maintain a professional brand image within the Saudi market.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales, appointment setting, or business development.
• Strong understanding of the Saudi business environment.
• Fluent Arabic; good English communication is a plus.
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, phone calls, email, and LinkedIn.
• Experience selling digital services such as websites, software, ERP, CRM, AI, or IT solutions.
• Organised, target‑driven, and confident when speaking with owners and decision makers.
