Sales Director - ICT Solutions

About the role

Everhires is seeking a senior Sales Director to build and lead its ICT solutions sales function across Saudi Arabia. This hands‑on leader will design the sales strategy, recruit a high‑performing team, and close high‑value enterprise deals in System Integration, Managed Services, Data Centers, Cloud and Cybersecurity.

Key responsibilities

• Establish the sales organisation from scratch, defining processes, account segmentation, KPIs and CRM governance.
• Recruit, mentor and scale a sales team while remaining an active contributor on mega‑deals.
• Own and exceed annual and quarterly revenue, gross profit and margin targets for the Saudi market.
• Identify, pursue and close strategic accounts in government, semi‑government and private enterprise sectors.
• Lead complex tender and RFP opportunities, ensuring commercial feasibility and accurate forecasting.
• Maintain C‑level relationships (CIO, CTO, Procurement) and develop alliances with key vendors and distributors.

Required profile

• 10‑15+ years of B2B enterprise ICT sales experience, including 3‑5 years in a sales leadership role.
• Proven track record selling System Integration, Managed Services, Data Center, Cloud and Cybersecurity solutions.
• Established executive network within Saudi government, semi‑government and enterprise accounts.
• Fluent in written and spoken Arabic and English.
