Sales & Education Manager – Sol de Janeiro (Riyadh)

About the role

The Sales & Education Manager will be the face of the Sol de Janeiro brand in Saudi Arabia, responsible for driving in‑store performance, delivering brand experiences and providing education to beauty advisors. The role is field‑based, requiring frequent visits to retail partners, coaching staff and supporting consumer‑facing events.

Key responsibilities

• Visit Sephora and other retail doors on a structured cycle to ensure brand standards, visibility and merchandising excellence.
• Drive sell‑out performance against monthly and quarterly targets, identifying opportunities at the store level.
• Monitor stock levels, testers and visual‑merchandising compliance, reporting issues to the Key Account Manager.
• Build strong relationships with store managers, beauty advisors and retailer field teams.
• Deliver product training and brand‑storytelling sessions to beauty advisors, both in‑store and during retailer education days.
• Coach beauty advisors on Sol de Janeiro selling techniques, hero products, big bets and seasonal launches.
• Support consumer‑facing activations, in‑store events and retailer animations across KSA.
• Provide on‑ground support for PR events, influencer collaborations and other brand initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in retail sales and brand activation within the beauty or luxury sector.
• Strong ability to train and coach retail staff on product knowledge and selling techniques.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills with store managers and field teams.
• Results‑oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sell‑out targets.
• Comfortable working on‑site across multiple locations in Saudi Arabia.
