About the role

APEX Resources is looking for a highly motivated Sales Engineer to expand its fire protection services across the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power and Water sectors in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, building client relationships and leading a sales team in Dammam, Jubail and Yanbu.

Key responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets.
Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
Generate new business leads and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure.
Lead, mentor and support a team of sales professionals.
Collaborate with senior management to set KPIs and monitor performance.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
15+ years of experience in fire protection and detection sales.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high‑performing teams.
Strong industry network and relationships within the fire protection sector.
Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
