Sales Executive – Cash Van (Saudi Arabia)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive – Cash Van to join our Saudi Arabian sales team. The role involves driving a company‑owned van, visiting assigned retail and traditional trade customers, selling and distributing products directly from the vehicle, and collecting payments while meeting sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the designated cash van along daily sales routes covering Riyadh, Jeddah or Dammam.
• Visit existing and potential retail outlets, present the product range and secure orders.
• Load, unload and arrange merchandise in the van, maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Issue invoices, collect cash payments and perform daily cash and stock reconciliation.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales and distribution targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
• Ensure product availability, proper display and visibility at customer sites.
• Handle basic customer inquiries and resolve simple complaints.
• Monitor competitor activity and provide market feedback to the Sales Supervisor.
• Maintain the cleanliness, safety and condition of the vehicle and follow all company policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in cash‑van, van sales, FMCG or direct field sales.
• Valid Saudi Heavy Vehicle Driving Licence.
• Good knowledge of local roads, routes and customer areas in the assigned city.
• Strong communication, negotiation and selling abilities.
• Experience handling cash, invoices and daily sales reconciliation.
• Target‑driven, able to work independently in a field‑based environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Arabic required, English an advantage.
• Physical ability to load/unload products and manage the van.
