Sales Executive - Expansion Team

About the role

Foodics, a restaurant management ecosystem and payment technology provider founded in 2014 with headquarters in Riyadh, is hiring a Sales Expansion Executive. The role manages expansion sales requests from existing customers and drives upselling and cross-selling opportunities, ensuring expansion deals are processed efficiently while increasing revenue through additional products.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming new branch sales requests from existing customers and generate and send accurate quotes promptly.
• Track expansion requests and follow up in a timely way to close deals.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities through outbound activities and recommend additional products.
• Make sure every expansion quote includes relevant upsell and cross-sell products before being sent to the customer.
• Work with internal teams to process expansion sales smoothly and communicate clearly with customers about their needs and available solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of expansion requests in the CRM system.

Required profile

• 2+ years in sales, account management or a related field.
• Experience handling sales requests and generating quotes.
• Experience using CRM systems to manage and track sales activities.
• Strong sales mindset focused on upselling and cross-selling, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• SaaS or technology sales experience, and knowledge of Foodics products, are a plus.
