Sales Executive

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Sales Executive to lead sales initiatives, drive revenue growth and expand our client base in Jeddah. Reporting directly to the General Manager, the role offers professional advancement and leadership development.

Key responsibilities

• Market and sell company products and services to target clients, proactively identifying and securing new business opportunities.
• Provide technical insights and guidance to senior management and the technical office regarding project‑specific requirements.
• Build and maintain a structured database of market dynamics, key competitors, and pricing policies.
• Maintain continuous communication with clients to ensure top‑tier service quality, address feedback, and expand commercial relationships.
• Partner with the technical office to generate, refine, and present accurate cost estimates and quotations.
• Monitor and manage timely collection of project payments to safeguard cash flow.
• Supervise, support, and direct the sales team to ensure alignment with company targets and performance milestones.

Required profile

• Proven track record in promoting, marketing, and selling commercial or technical solutions.
• Exceptional negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to close high‑value deals.
• Outstanding interpersonal communication to build trust with clients, partners, and internal leadership.
• Strong problem‑solving and resilience, able to thrive under high‑pressure conditions.
• Must possess a transferable Iqama (sponsorship transfer provided for the candidate).
