About the role
The Sales Executive will plan and execute direct marketing and sales activities to grow new accounts and sustain major existing accounts for Kanoo Logistics.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver consistent revenue growth and support specialised services such as chemical logistics.
- Conduct routine customer visits and maintain weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Perform market research, competitor analysis and customer surveys to improve service delivery.
- Provide timely quotations through the pricing desk and maintain relationships with overseas agents, local shipping lines and airlines.
- Assist in budgeting, strategy planning and preparation of internal sales meetings.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in a relevant field.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the logistics or freight forwarding industry.
- Strong communication skills in English and Arabic.
Required skills
- Technical knowledge of freight forwarding operations.
- Pricing knowledge for logistics services.
