About the role
The Sales Head will lead revenue growth and market penetration for Bureau Veritas services in Saudi Arabia. You will manage a portfolio of key clients, develop new opportunities and ensure all sales activities follow BV governance and ethical standards.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and expand a defined client portfolio across assigned sectors, delivering revenue, retention and cross‑selling targets.
- Lead tenders, proposals, pricing reviews and commercial negotiations, ensuring accurate pipeline management and forecasting.
- Collaborate with technical and operations teams to deliver compliant, competitive solutions.
- Contribute to P&L performance through pricing discipline, margin awareness and budgeting support.
- Conduct market, pricing and competitor benchmarking to inform commercial decisions.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with Bureau Veritas Code of Ethics and accreditation requirements.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or a related field.
- 5–15 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in TIC, industrial services, certification or inspection.
- Proven track record managing key accounts, tenders and complex service offerings.
