Sales Manager – Bonded Zone (B2B)

About the role
We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead B2B sales for bonded‑zone services at Saudi Development & Export Services Co. Ltd. (SDES) in Dammam Port. The role will own the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract closure, and ensure smooth hand‑over to operations.
Key responsibilities
- Own the end‑to‑end sales pipeline in the CRM (lead → opportunity → meeting → closure).
- Manage key accounts, follow up renewals and identify upselling opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and provide weekly reporting.
- Coordinate quotations and commercial offers with internal teams.
- Lead sales team activities and enforce proper CRM usage.
- Conduct customer meetings, site visits and commercial presentations.
- Ensure a seamless transition to operations after deal closure.
Required profile
- 3–7 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in logistics, ports or 3PL.
- Strong Arabic and English communication skills.
- Ability to obtain port access clearance.
Required skills
- CRM experience with structured reporting.
