Sales Manager – Equipment Sales & Rental

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead equipment sales and rental activities across Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on generators, forklifts, and related industrial equipment, driving new business and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead sales and business‑development activities for generators, forklifts, equipment rental and related industrial equipment across Saudi Arabia.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase equipment sales, rental revenue and market penetration.
• Identify new business opportunities in construction, infrastructure, industrial and logistics sectors.
• Promote equipment rental and AMC/service solutions to existing and prospective customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, industrial companies and project owners.
• Lead commercial negotiations for major sales enquiries, rental contracts and long‑term agreements.
• Coordinate with technical, service, rental and operational teams to deliver suitable customer solutions.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 10–15 years of relevant sales experience in generator, forklift and industrial equipment rental.
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi Arabian market and exposure to Middle‑East/export markets.
• Arabic language skills are preferred.
• Valid KSA driving licence.
• Currently residing in Saudi Arabia.
