Sales Manager – Event & Industrial Services

About the role

The Sales Manager will lead Av Master Events' sales activities in the Riyadh region, driving revenue across event experiences, industrial services, and equipment supply. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on building strong client relationships and expanding market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Manage the sales pipeline, prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts.
• Lead, coach, and set performance goals for the sales team.
• Collaborate with operations and event delivery teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and identify new business opportunities.
• Maintain high service standards and nurture long‑term customer relationships.

Required profile

• Proven sales leadership experience, preferably in events, hospitality, industrial services or related sectors.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret sales data and forecast revenue.
• Excellent communication skills for client interactions, negotiations and internal coordination.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management or a related field; advanced sales certifications are a plus.
• Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency highly beneficial.
