Sales Manager – Exhibitions

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to drive business development and sales within the exhibitions, trade‑show and event‑production sector. The role focuses on selling exhibition stand design, build services and turnkey event solutions across Saudi Arabia and the wider region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets.
• Identify, pursue and close new business opportunities in exhibitions, conferences and forums.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of exhibition stand construction projects.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations and site visits to define project requirements.
• Manage tender processes, RFPs, RFQs and direct sales channels.
• Promote and sell stand design, fabrication, installation, AV solutions, branding and temporary structures.
• Prepare professional proposals, contracts and commercial presentations.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in exhibition sales, event production or related turnkey projects.
• Proven track record of generating revenue and managing key accounts.
• Strong network with exhibition organizers, venue operators and procurement departments.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
