About the role

The Sales Manager will lead the FMCG distributor network across Saudi Arabia, driving sales growth, managing distributor partnerships and expanding market presence. This role requires deep knowledge of modern, traditional and wholesale trade channels in the Saudi market.

Key responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets and develop strategies to increase revenue and market share.
  • Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships, expanding product distribution across key channels.
  • Manage relationships with national and regional distributors, evaluate performance against KPIs and develop joint business plans.
  • Ensure compliance with pricing, promotional and brand guidelines while monitoring inventory levels.
  • Develop business with modern trade, traditional trade, wholesale and convenience channels, supporting negotiations with major retail chains.
  • Coordinate trade‑marketing initiatives, monitor promotion ROI and support product launches.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, analyse performance, and submit regular business reports.
  • Collaborate with supply‑chain, marketing, finance and customer‑service teams to resolve issues and support demand planning.

Required profile

  • 5‑7 years of FMCG sales experience, with at least 3 years managing distributors in Saudi Arabia.
  • Proven track record of delivering sales growth and market expansion.
  • Experience working with leading retail and wholesale channels in Saudi Arabia.
  • Strong understanding of GCC FMCG market dynamics.
  • Existing network of distributors and key accounts is highly desirable.
