About the role
We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead the launch of Noon Business, our B2B marketplace in Saudi Arabia. You will build the sales pipeline from scratch, win anchor accounts and shape the go‑to‑market strategy while working closely with product, operations and category teams.
Key responsibilities
- Build and scale demand for the new procurement category, identifying high‑potential customer segments using data and on‑ground insights.
- Launch early GTM motions, close initial customers and capture revenue quickly.
- Develop and refine the sales playbook and overall GTM strategy.
- Understand category economics, supplier incentives and buying behaviours deeply.
- Run experiments around pricing, RFQ workflows, customer incentives and acquisition tactics.
Required profile
- 4‑6 years of experience in B2B sales, category management or business development.
- Experience with SME or enterprise procurement customers is a plus.
- Strong ability to influence sellers and customers.
- Willingness to spend time in the market and operate with minimal structure.
- High ownership mindset and bias for action.
