Sales Manager

About the role

TechBiz Global is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead client engagements and drive digital transformation solutions across key accounts in Riyadh. The role combines strategic planning, revenue growth, and advisory expertise to support clients on their technology journeys.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service, acting as the primary contact for key accounts and promoting upselling and cross‑selling of digital transformation solutions.
• Develop and execute short‑ and long‑term growth strategies to meet business targets and identify new business opportunities.
• Recommend budgets, monitor financial performance, and ensure adherence to performance standards.
• Advise clients on pre‑sale, sale, and delivery strategies, including change‑management needs for new technologies.
• Motivate the sales team, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and prepare regular performance reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Social Science, Business Management or equivalent.
• 10+ years of experience in client servicing, partner relationship or advisory roles.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and communicate complex technical concepts.
• Analytical and quantitative thinking with a strong customer orientation.
