Sales Manager – Luxury Hotel

About the role

The Sales Manager will drive revenue growth for Movenpick Alkhobar by generating new business across transient, leisure, corporate, entertainment and group segments. Acting as a brand ambassador, you will position the hotel as a top luxury destination for travel advisors, corporate accounts and high‑value clientele.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute targeted sales action plans for assigned territories and market segments.
• Proactively solicit and generate new business opportunities across all customer segments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with luxury travel advisors, corporate travel buyers, family offices, concierge networks and lifestyle partners.
• Represent Movenpick Alkhobar at international trade shows, roadshows, sales missions and networking events.
• Conduct regular sales calls, presentations and site inspections to secure new business.
• Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual revenue goals.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management, Marketing, Reservations and Operations to convert opportunities and ensure seamless guest journeys.
• Maintain accurate account plans, activity reports and pipelines in Delphi / Salesforce CRM systems.
• Negotiate corporate and consortia agreements in line with commercial strategy.
• Monitor competitor activity, market trends and travel patterns within assigned territories.

Required profile

• Proven experience generating transient, corporate and group business for a luxury hotel.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with travel advisors, corporate buyers and high‑value clients.
• Results‑driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Ability to work closely with cross‑functional teams such as Revenue Management, Marketing and Operations.
