Sales Manager - MEP Projects

About the role

The MEP Projects Sales Manager will drive revenue growth for MAC by securing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) contracting and engineering packages across commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia. The role blends technical engineering expertise with strong negotiation and leadership skills.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support the MEP sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.
• Develop divisional sales plans aligned with MAC’s strategic objectives.
• Identify, qualify, and secure MEP contracts in commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects.
• Build and maintain relationships with developers, main contractors, and consulting firms.
• Collaborate with the Technical Office to produce competitive proposals and present value‑engineered solutions.
• Lead commercial negotiations, contract discussions, and final pricing agreements while ensuring compliance with Saudi construction laws.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and government development pipelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Active registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers (preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in MEP engineering or construction, with at least 2 years in sales or business development for MEP projects in KSA.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken) is advantageous.
