Sales Manager - Riyadh

About the role

Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, part of Accor, is looking for a dynamic, results-driven Sales Manager to join its growing organization in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. You will lead the sales team to meet ambitious revenue targets while building and maintaining strong client relationships, reporting to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets and organizational goals
• Lead, mentor and motivate a sales team, providing coaching, feedback and development opportunities
• Pursue new business and maintain existing client relationships
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity and sales data to inform decisions
• Maintain transparent communication with clients before, during and after sales engagements
• Manage sales forecasting, pipeline development and performance metrics against KPIs
• Hold regular performance reviews and give constructive feedback
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments and negotiate contracts while protecting profitability
• Use CRM software and sales tools, and prepare sales reports and presentations for senior management

Required profile

• 3-5 years of progressive experience in a sales leadership or management role
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and revenue goals
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with a customer focus
• Ability to lead, develop and motivate sales teams
• Time management and organizational skills, assertive negotiation and deal-closing skills
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or a related field; luxury/hospitality experience; familiarity with sales forecasting and pipeline management; multilingual capability, especially Arabic; knowledge of the Saudi market
