Sales Manager – Road Machinery

About the role

SANY Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead the promotion and sale of its road machinery portfolio across the Kingdom. You will be responsible for expanding market share, building strong client relationships, and achieving ambitious sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell SANY road rollers, motor graders, asphalt pavers, milling machines, and asphalt plants.
• Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, project owners, and key customers.
• Achieve sales targets and increase market share throughout Saudi Arabia.
• Conduct product presentations, customer visits, and technical discussions.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of road‑machinery sales experience in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong network within the construction and road‑infrastructure sector.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and travel for customer visits.
• Fluency in Arabic and English; Chinese language skills are a plus.
