Sales Manager – Saudi National (Hotel)

About the role

The Movenpick Hotel is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager who is a Saudi national to drive hotel revenue and strengthen market presence. Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing, you will lead sales initiatives, build strategic partnerships, and ensure the hotel meets its sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a library of market references, periodicals, and sales leads to stay ahead of trends.
• Conduct continuous market research to identify client sources, influences, and travel patterns.
• Travel on sales trips to promote the hotel and secure new business.
• Develop and nurture relationships with airlines, travel agencies, commercial houses, private clubs, and professional associations.
• Review and update internal promotional materials to ensure visual consistency and high standards.
• Collaborate with Food & Beverage to organise monthly promotions and other projects that boost F&B sales.
• Coordinate with Front Office and Housekeeping on reservations, inquiries, and guest complaints.
• Plan and execute direct‑mail campaigns in partnership with the Public Relations department.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a 5‑star hotel or comparable hospitality environment.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Arabic and English.
• Saudi national citizenship.
